Return

You have 30 days following receipt of your package to return your items via our interface which will provide you a return label.

Return shipping costs per product are:
- €10 for France (Colissimo), 
- €20 for countries inside the European Union,
- €30 for the rest of the world (DHL). 

We will deduct these return costs from the refund of your order.

Each bag in our collection is adorned with one of our signature clasps, conceived and designed by Ateliers Auguste in Paris. These distinctive pieces are then meticulously prototyped and crafted by specialised workshops renowned for their expertise in luxury leather goods hardware.

Every silhouette calls for its own fastening principle. Over time, we have developed a family of clasp designs featuring different mechanisms, all united by a shared aesthetic language and a strong, recognisable identity.

Since 2025, our bespoke clasps and metal hardware have been crafted from stainless steel and finished with a gold-tone PVD coating, combining enduring resistance with a refined, precious radiance.

At once elegant and distinctive, these signature details embody the spirit of the House, enhancing each creation with a discreet yet unmistakable expression of modern luxury.

Box Leather

The main material used in our creations, our beautiful bovine leather is sourced from some of Italy’s finest tanneries, which have been collaborating with the world’s leading leather goods houses for decades.

For the Gold Edition collection, we have selected a leather with a refined Box finish, offering an even more sophisticated elegance.These tanneries comply with the strictest European regulations (REACH) and are certified by the Leather Working Group (LWG). This ensures outstanding quality, full traceability, and a strong commitment to environmental responsibility.

Our partners carefully select hides that are exclusively sourced as by-products of the food industry. We therefore consciously embrace recycling and durability as part of our commitment to more responsible fashion.
Our creations are available in a wide variety of leather finishes and colours — smooth, grained, embossed or Box. Each finish offers a unique feel and creates its own distinctive emotion. It is up to you to discover the one that resonates most with you.

Each leather craftsman is trained for years to achieve excellence under the supervision of master craftsmen.

Leather cutting, slitting, trimming, assembly, sewing, edge dyeing and hot stamping are all steps that require more than four hours of work to produce a unique piece of leather goods from Ateliers Auguste.
